Founder

Aditya Sharma

Founder & CEO · Gurugram, Haryana

Aditya Sharma is the founder and CEO behind Mingi, operated by Ingagenow Marketing Consultant LLP. From Gurugram, he brings more than a decade of marketing strategy experience — including leadership roles at Honeywell, GreyOrange, and Lightstorm, and an MBA in Marketing (2006–2008) — to a problem he kept seeing in Indian homes: students working hard without a personalized intelligence layer telling them what to practise next.

Before Mingi, Aditya worked with companies as a marketing consultant. That work sharpened his obsession with targeting the right problem at the right time — now applied to how students prepare for CBSE, ICSE, and board exams with AI-generated worksheets, mastery tracking, and parent-visible progress.

  • Parents deserve clear progress signal — not surveillance
  • Children's data is sacred under India's DPDPA 2023
  • AI should grade and explain — not guess marks
